测试数据库扩展ext.js无法上传覆盖老的文件

经过测试数据库扩展ext.js无法上传覆盖老的文件，导致一直报 fc_function_not_found call-phone 这个问题，，所以数据库扩展有bug，求解决。。
本地运行时没有问题的
