We noticed that the status bar in your marketing screenshot(s) contains irrelevant platform information. Referencing third-party platforms in your app or its metadata is not appropriate on the App Store.
We’ve attached screenshot(s) for your reference.
Next Steps
Please remove any instances of this information from your app and its marketing materials, including the Application Description, What's New info, Previews and screenshots.
Since your iTunes Connect Application State is Rejected, a new binary will be required. Make the desired metadata changes when you upload the new binary.
To revise the metadata, visit iTunes Connect to select your app and revise the desired metadata values. Once you’ve completed all changes, click the “Submit for Review” button at the top of the App Details page.
NOTE: Please be sure to make any metadata changes to all App Localizations by selecting each specific localization and making appropriate changes.

Additionally, we continue to find that the Seller and/or Artist names associated with your app do not reflect the name, "鸿城祥兆投资担保有限公司," in the app and/or its name and metadata.
To be appropriate for the App Store, your app must be published under a Seller name and Artist name that reflects the 鸿城祥兆投资担保有限公司 brand, as required by the iOS Developer Program License Agreement.
Section 1.2:
"You" and "Your" means and refers to the person(s) or legal entity (whether the company, organization, educational institution, or governmental agency, instrumentality, or department) using the Apple Software or otherwise exercising rights under this Agreement. For the sake of clarity, You may authorize contractors to develop Applications on Your behalf, but any such Applications must be submitted under Your developer account.
If you have published these apps on behalf of a client, it would be appropriate for your client to enroll in the iOS Developer Program, then add you to their development team so you can develop an app for them to submit under their developer account.

屏幕截图的我明白了，也知道怎么修改，但是 PLA1.2的我不太懂，还请大神指点。
我用的是个人开发者账号，提交审核时没有填写任何与“鸿城祥兆投资担保有限公司”有关的字眼，这个名字只有在程序里用户注册时的注册协议里体现，难道是跟这个有关？
