5+APP在线打包（HbuilderX），iOS4.3问题

公司有多个功能几乎一样的APP，只是换了APP的皮肤，然后将APP卖给不同的客户。
第一个APP顺利发布，当发布第2个APP的时候，被苹果拒绝了，理由是“重复APP”，文末有苹果回复的原文。我看了下苹果审核的时间，苹果并没有登录过我提供的审核账号，也就是机审就被pass了，所以应该是代码层面的重复性过高了。

我自己想了几个方案：

1. HbuilderX打包的时候，有一个“原生混淆”的选项，勾选上再打包是否可行？
2. 改代码（主要是JS、CSS、IMG文件名，改文件里的内容稍微有点耗时，而且可能会改出bug）
3. 注册一个苹果企业开发者账号，企业APP的安装步骤稍复杂（但申请时间稍长，1个礼拜内完不成）
4. 网上/某宝上有专门处理4.3问题的人，价格稍贵，但不知道靠不靠谱？

针对以上几种方式，哪种可行性高，或者有更推荐的方式吗？

Apps that simply duplicate content or functionality create clutter, diminish the overall experience for the end user, and reduce the ability of developers to market their apps.

The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.
