h5 运行突然出现text/html"报错

昨天下午之前一直运行的好好的，运行到h5时报错：

看别人说新建个文件夹运行就好了，尝试了确实OK。但是关闭运行，在此运行时又会有这样的问题。具体为
比如端口是8080是好的，关闭重新运行端口就会变成8081或8082
