找到原因了：
所有图标不要包含透明信息（alpha通道），否则提交appstore会报以下错误
ERROR ITMS-90717: "Invalid App Store Icon. The App Store Icon in the asset catalog in 'HBuilder.app' can't be transparent nor contain an alpha channel."
导出png图标时去掉alpha通道即可
