iframe跨域问题，web-view中使用阿里OSS的图片不能显示。

谷歌浏览器显示不了，提示：
Access to image at 'https://moniyou-pic.oss-cn-****.jpg' from origin 'http://localhost:8080' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

360浏览器中是可以正常显示的，所以应该不是阿里oss的跨域设置问题。
