重启电脑后 运行项目 运行不了

经过描述
在插件市场下载了 unicloud的插件uni-cloud-router 下载后一直显示正在下载到 临时目录中 没有办法导入到项目 而后就重启电脑放弃这个插件了

重启电脑后 运行项目没一会 就显示 无法连接本地的云函数库 ,我在云函数中用了 uniCloud.httpclient.request(); 这个问题在上一步的无法导入到项目中就出现这个问题了
因为无法连接本地云函数的这个问题 没办法解决,.
于是我还是重启吧 ,这次重启完 就 无法运行项目
HBuilder版本3.5.2 和3.4.18 都无法运行
