云函数域名绑定失败，报错信息为：
InvalidICPLicense: Specified CustomDomain has not got ICP license, or the ICP license does not belong to Aliyun. RequestId: EA70750A-7D97-5498-8A09-9DA1167A50C8 POST "http://mpserverless.aliyuncs.com" 400
域名已在阿里云备案，已配置解析CNAME
(已处理，就是海外的服务器没备案)
