使用uni.chooseImage()获取图片文件后想转成base64格式，使用uni.getFileSystemManager()报错，提示uni.getFileSystemManager is not a function；有没有大佬遇到过；

后续使用image-tools实现了功能，还是比较纠结官方api怎么报错了
