iOS 安心打包报错 “本地安装包生成失败”，错误日志 “i.p12: command not found” 这是个什么鬼command？

一摸一样的证书设置，进行普通打包没问题，
进行安心打包时，报错：

本地安装包生成失败，请重试或者切换到非安心打包模式进行打包
