关于“plusscrollbottom”

这个怎么应用在某个document对象上？
直接document.addEventListener("plusscrollbottom")可以使用
但我有某个div，设置了overflow:auto/scroll，
document.getElementById("").addEventListener("plusscrollbottom")却不行，莫非不能这样用？
