This app duplicates the content and functionality of other apps submitted by you or another developer to the App Store, which is considered a form of spam.
Apps that simply duplicate content or functionality create clutter, diminish the overall experience for the end user, and reduce the ability of developers to market their apps.
The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.
Next Steps
- Review the Design section of the App Store Review Guidelines.
- Ensure your app is compliant with all sections of the App Store Review Guidelines and the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program.
- Once your app is fully compliant, resubmit your app for review.
Submitting apps designed to mislead or harm customers or evade the review process may result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account. Review the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program to learn more about our policies regarding termination.

回复 i***@live.cn:没啥办法，只能改app界面，如果你的app的确是仿造别人的app，界面相似，那就算怎么提交都不会通过的。或者你尝试跟苹果沟通说明一下你的app不是仿造的看行不行咯，可以直接打电话过去，或者直接回复拒绝邮件向审核人员索要电话。

While we understand you designed your app for many consumers and sellers, we continue to find that your app duplicates the content and features of apps you and other developers submitted to the App Store. It would be appropriate to either consolidate your apps into a single "container" app, delete apps that will no longer be used from your iTunes Connect or incorporate significantly different content and features in your app.
We hope you will consider making the necessary changes to be in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines and will resubmit your revised binary.
