ERROR ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. This app was built with the iOS 11.1 SDK. All iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 11 SDK or later, included in Xcode 9 or later. Further, starting March 2019, all iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 12.1 SDK or later, included in Xcode 10.1 or later."

目前云端打包已全部更新为XCode10.1编译环境，请更新到最新版本HBuilderX重新提交云端打包后，再次上传app store。
如果是离线打包，请更新离线编译的XCode环境。
