unicloud-db在使用loadtime:manual的情况下，更改where让其立即生效的方法：使用this.$nextTick

如下情况，unicloud-db只显示上次where的数据

this.where = “_id==1”;  
this.$refs.udb.refresh()

如下情况，unicloud-db显示where修改后的数据

this.where = “_id=1”;  
this.$nextTick(() => {  
    this.$refs.udb.refresh()  
})
