国际化vue-i18n报错是版本问题

按照官方文档 推荐使用vue-i18n@9.1.9固定版本安装到项目报一下错误

查看本项目vue版本是2.6.14 而vue-i18n@9.1.9是vue3.0版本 经过查阅资料vue2.0版本需要 vue-i18n@5版本 安装5版本即可解决问题
