在ios端使用webview调用支付无法跳转支付界面啊？

接口返回这个http://dev.hugetech.com.cn/lego.portal/mobile/pages/order/h5Pay.jsp?orderSN=2020091016200715514769&payPlatformCode=we_chat_pay链接，在安卓上可以跳转支付但是在ios上就无法跳转
