同问题，之前打包一直好好的，今天打包出现这个问题。
目前是准备升级到最新版本来尝试下，是否是因为本地开发工具版本过低，导致和云打包不一致出现库不对，编译出错问题。
使用的分别是 3.7.11、3.8.7两个版本的HBuilderX来测试
老版本是 3.6.4
3.7.11 打包成功，没有报错。
3.8.7 打包成功，没有报错。
应该就是开发工具版本过低出现的问题，编译过后，上传云打包的资源没法在新版本的云端打包上正常打包

今天又使用3.8.12试了一下，
1、云打自定义基座没问题了，不报错了，wifi部分功能正常使用
2、云打正式包也没问题了，但是安装APP后，wifi部分的功能不能使用，没有反应
uni-wifi插件版本是1.0.3（2023-04-07）

uni-wifi升级到1.0.4（2023-07-26），正式包可以打包，但功能依然不可用；自定义基座都正常
