我们的应用在ts版本可以正常登录，但是提交更新的时候，苹果审核报Guideline 2.1(a) - Performance - App Completeness

Issue Description

The app exhibited one or more bugs that would negatively impact users.

Bug description: The app remained unresponsive when we tapped on next after entering mobile number.

苹果说我们的应用不能在美国使用，有什么解决办法吗

从网络层面试试, 能不能从美国地区访问你们的URL . 能的话再试试ipv6 only
