新建一个unippax 空白项目，云打包，然后直接上传transporter

预期结果：

可以提交

实际结果：

报错。No version found for 'Apple ID ' (1560465075 on platform macOS App). If this problem persists for more than 24 hours, please contact your Apple representative 。

bug描述：

uniappx 项目苹果云打包无法上传transporter。直接报错 No version found for 'Apple ID ' (1560465075 on platform macOS App). If this problem persists for more than 24 hours, please contact your Apple representative 。同样的证书打包uniapp项目可以上传
