uniapp做h5因hbuilder版本不同导致项目不能正常访问接口

因项目是我接手别人的，在我将hbuilder更新到最新的版本后，项目运行起来就无法访问后端接口，报错信息：Proxy error: Could not proxy request /index/location from localhost:8080 to https://ttt.ebanktest.*/***.，请求状态码变成500；如图：

我将hbuilder版本降低到4.08后，项目正常运行，配置的跨域也起作用，可正常访问后端接口
