bug描述：
项目是CLI项目
上一次云打包是几个月前，那时候正常使用，今天再次打包就发现编译报错了，中间没改什么代码就更新过hx的版本和cli的版本
已尝试：
更新cli依赖、重新安装uts-progressNotification插件、重新安装uni-upgrade-center - App插件、云打包其他项目正常
报错信息：
