ios中使用个推服务，plus.runtime.restart()后，取到的clientid一直为空，强制杀掉进程之后，clientid又可以取到了。
测试代码可以在hello html5+ 的index.html的mui.plusReady的最后加入下面三句代码进行测试
var info = plus.push.getClientInfo();
alert(JSON.stringify(info));
plus.runtime.restart();
