vueCli3的项目中想要使用5+runtime来调用手机硬件，不知道怎么来调用，在入口文件中引入并且全局注册，报mui.min.js?b8ce:1535 Uncaught TypeError: 'caller', 'callee', and 'arguments' properties may not be accessed on strict mode functions or the arguments objects for calls to them，请问如何解决这个问题？
