npm update
npm cache clean --force
npm install @dcloudio/vue-cli-plugin-uni@0.9.516
在你的服务器运行这几行代码即可

- npm update  

- npm cache clean --force  

- npm install @dcloudio/vue-cli-plugin-uni@0.9.516  

- npm install  

- npm run build:h5

以上是我执行的步骤，我的还是不行，我是在gitlab ci上跑脚本打包的

回复会飞的蜗牛: ios13让我升级unapp-cli, 才可以滚动页面。那我npm udate 就会报getPlatformCopy，我如果不升级，那ios13就不能滚动页面，两者冲突
