我的问题：翻译过来好像是说，app在apid设备ios系统13.3上运行出现了一个错误，这个错误是在精品商城页面里面，内容无法加载出来，可是我们的app不需要兼容ipad啊，打包的时候我也没有选择要支持ipad，关键是这个问题在所有安卓手机，苹果手机上都无法复现这个问题，我也没有ipad设备来测试复现问题，我在想是不是有啥不兼容apid设备ios系统13.3，请指导。

请问楼主最后是怎么解决的呢 我在ipd 13.3.1上也运行了 可以正常支付 录制了视频提交审核上去
但还是相同的理由被拒
