打包h5+项目ios包，如何才能实现建立本地服务器允许html代码

因为我的项目是有需要载入flash和xml文件的，所以需要类型建立localhost这样的本地服务器才能访问到。

android包没有这个问题，就是ios包会提示file:// urls is not possible due browser security restrictions!。

想问问各位大神有没有解决方案，貌似ios是直接访问本地html文件的。
