【报Bug】 [Vue warn]: Unknown custom element: <App> - did you register the component correctly?

操作步骤：

安装创建官方demo

预期结果：

可以用

实际结果：

空白，报错

bug描述：

点击运行-浏览器，出来之后是空白。
使用的是官方demo，
重新删除，安装过不下10次了。

建议提供的创建的demo，方便他人排查！

demo就是官方的所有demo，包括插件市场的所有插件和示例。没有一个运行得起来的，请考虑一下，是否是hx的vue是否和什么冲突了，或者是Windows企业版无法使用，或者是LTSC无法使用。

我电脑有问题，别的电脑正常。这是bug吧。

回复 app开发人员: 用你电脑编译的项目，把ip(http://192.168.1.100:8080)给同局域网的电脑访问看是否正常

回复 chenli: 不正常，这报错不是显示的，vue组件没注册吗。自己访问都不正常，怎么局域网能正常，chrome ff 都是显示的vue错误。
