动态创建webview要怎么才可以绑定@message 事件呢

现在遇到了一个需求，需要监听 webview 的 @message 或者 @onPostMessage 事件。
请问通过下面的方式创建 webview，应该怎样绑定 @message 或者 @onPostMessage。
