删除手机上的应用之后，在 Hbuilder 中点 运行 -> 手机运行 -> 手机XXX 同步的时候就会报下面这个错：
同步失败，失败原因：failed to copy '/Applications/HBuilder.app/configuration/org.eclipse.osgi/bundles/505/data/run_tmp/css/oa.css' to '/storage/emulated/legacy/Android/data/io.dcloud.HBuilder/.HBuilder/apps/HBuilder/www/css/oa.css': Device or resource busy
重启 hbuilder 也无效。

失败原因是因为手机上Device or resource busy，所以应该是手机上的这个文件被占用了，关闭手机上的HBuilder应用，或者重启手机试试吧。

其实我删掉手机上的 Hbuilder 再重装都试过了，还是会有这个问题。
最后是重启手机之后才解决了的
